Delivery type: UK-wide kerbside delivery via pallet or courier
Vehicle access: Deliveries are made using large vehicles (often 18-tonne lorries). Adequate access is required
Offloading: Pallets are offloaded by tail-lift and moved using a manual pump truck (cannot cross grass, gravel, steps or slopes)
If no one is available: Goods may be left kerbside if safe to do so
Failed delivery: If access is insufficient or no safe place is available, the order returns to depot and redelivery charges apply
Bulk orders: Multi-site or consolidated deliveries available on request
