Because Fortiva supplies products from multiple manufacturers, return processes can vary depending on the supplier and the type of product. Some items are made to order, while others are held in stock, and this affects eligibility for returns.
Eligibility for Returns
Return eligibility is determined by the supplier and will depend on:
- Whether the item is made to order
- The condition of the product
- The timeframe since delivery
- Whether the product has been used or installed
Products must be returned in their original condition unless the return relates to a warranty issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a brief description so we can raise the issue with the supplier immediately. We will arrange a replacement or resolution in line with the supplier’s policy.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Some suppliers accept change‑of‑mind returns, while others do not. Where allowed, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees. Product pages will indicate whether change‑of‑mind returns are permitted for that item.
